Recent owners replace that with brand new wood just needs stripped down they didn't prep ceiling properly , they did not know how to do patchwork , joint compound etc,,.., that's why you see it peeling,couple spots need to be screwed in. Several things were wrong with home making proper adjustments correctly, Home is pier and Beam. The city of Douglas is within walking distance for City parades and functions you can see it. You're exactly 17 blocks away from Mexico if you want to go over into Mexico and do your shopping and visit Mexico. We have a very good United States border protection working very hard for the city of Douglas and working hard for our country you could depend on that front and center have a good day.
