My current roommate is moving out on 6/1 and I can accommodate a move-in date anytime within a month of that. You get your own room on the first floor with a walk-in closet as well as your own full bathroom and parking space. All furniture in the living room is brand new, including 80" TV with new couch, rugs, table, etc. (entertainment center below TV coming soon). The balcony is accessible from the room and overlooks the Fashion Valley hills, and you also have access to two pools, a hot tub, laundry, game room, etc. all while being minutes away from the mall and 10 minutes from PB, OB, and Downtown.
