    Welcome to the Rosemont House! First time on the market in at least 20 years and a really beautiful home. Plumeria, Wisterias, all the -ia's. This is a small house in Echo Park split between two units. Pets are welcome with an interview. A larger, separate, outdoor space with a flagstone ground has space to garden and a number of fruit trees (Lemon, Fig, Plum, Sweet Lemon). The fruit tree area is common space with the two ladies living next door. You're right on time for the spring and summer fruit harvest which is usually plentiful and delicious. The tenants next door have two small, friendly dogs. So pets will need to be friendly. Extremely walkable neighborhood. 10 minute walk to the Echo Park Lake, 5 minutes to lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. So many it is hard to keep track. Close to DTLA, Silverlake, Elysian Park, Griffith Park, everywhere. A really great place to live. I lived here myself for about a decade. Happy to provide more information if requested.
