The property for rent includes a 4-bedroom house and accompanying single garage. On the first floor are a kitchen, utility and workroom, living room/dining room and office. There are four bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The house is insulated and has a gas furnace. The lower level has a window air conditioner. The interior of the house has been extensively remodeled. The house is in the Lone Tree Community School District. You are welcome to drive by the property to get a general idea of the location, etc. If you are then interested in pursuing the rental of the property further, please complete the attached application and return to our office as soon as possible. We will review applications as received and arrange to show the property to qualifying applicants. The lease is for a minimum of 12 months and then will continue on a monthly basis. The rent is $750 per month. A deposit of $750 will also be required at the signing of the lease. The tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, rental of water softener and required salt, garbage removal and lawn care. We do not allow inside pets.
