The front yard has a couple of raised beds that you would be welcome to use. One off-street parking spot would be yours to use as well. Kitchen and laundry is on the first floor and would be shared with current tenants. The upstairs has two bedrooms and its own bathroom. There is a back entrance that allows the upstairs tenants to go upstairs without walking through the downstairs tenant's space. Utilities will be split on a per-person basis, and usually run around $150-300 per month per person. This includes power, water, gas, trash and internet.
