Lease Termination Due to Policy or Lease Terms Violation: In the event that the Tenant violates any terms or policies outlined in this lease terms agreement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease. Upon termination due to such violations, the Tenant agrees that the security deposit will be forfeited in whole or in part to cover any damages or unpaid rent or other costs associated with the violation. Additionally, any outstanding charges will be deducted from the security deposit before the final settlement.
