Quiet, no road noise and you have super quick access to get where ever you need to go. Downtown is only a 6min drive. (Or bring your bikes and connect a couple blocks down the road to take the famous river trail) We've worked hard to setup an amazing home that we enjoy ourselves as much as possible and know you'll love it! While the Deschutes river in this particular part of town is not for floating, the trail is spectacular!
