The resort offers a range of amenities including beach chairs, loungers, pool and beach towels, a shared hot tub, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a pool bar, a fitness center, and BBQ facilities. Additional charges apply for happy hour, movie nights, and meeting or banquet facilities. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the villa is just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, including Old Town, art galleries, shopping, award-winning dining, and nightclubs. The resort's 11-acre desertscape property provides a tranquil setting while being close to the vibrant city life. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. A resort fee of $20.63 USD per day is payable at check-in and is non-refundable. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and balcony, with a $200 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violations incur a $200 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for disturbances. NoiseWare technology may be used to ensure comfort and security, and tampering with the device results in a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations.
