Town of Charlestown will receive applications for the annual lease of 630 Water Street, a single-family, 3-story residential dwelling with five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a boat slip on the Town Pier. Monthly rent is $2,500. The Town of Charlestown will provide the lessee the following: Water Service Sewer Service Pest Control, as provided herein Grass Cutting - Lawn Maintenance Household Trash Collection Boat Slip on the Town Pier (boat may not exceed 25 ft. in length) The parcel on which the residence is located is approximately 4560 sq. ft. or 0.1 acres. Additionally, there remains 0.5 acres of land which may be used by the Tenant, in common with others. The land in question is registered in the Maryland Environmental Trust. This basically means the land cannot be sold and the property shall be made available for the use and enjoyment of the general public. The detached shed will remain the sole use of the Town for storage.
