It is situated on a half acre parcel separated from the main house by a large shop. The driveway has 6 off-street parking spots shared with occupants of the main house and shop--one spot is assigned to the tenant of the tiny house. There is a laundry facility on the property in the basement of the main house accessed through the back door with an individualized key-pad code. Utilities are included in rent price: water, electric, propane, internet, disposal. We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking. We can do custom leases (30-day minimum), or month-to-month leases. The house is available starting January 14th. While we are happy to show you around the outside of the property, we only schedule inside tours to those who have already filled out an application to minimize the disturbance of our current tenant.
