(Jasmine Club requires Tenant/owners must be 55 or older.) Community has shared (3) New W & D units at regular rates on site, covered carport, & elevator. Diversity of walks to local events within minutes. Community Pool, active Bocce/shuffleboard during season or on your own. You will have owners Carport space, and our condo is on third top floor unit with elevator or multiple stairs. 65% is tile and has Rheem A/C plus new (2023) water heater. Jasmine building has recent new roofs completed (2019). Some furnishings/appliances provided including a Stainless-Steel refrigerator & GE Stove - Dishwasher is available for use & living room/bedroom furniture - Jasmine Club provides Washer/Drier room on ground level at nominal charges on site. AVAILABLE - prefer an annual lease starting in June/July 2025 as rentals are once each year per condo Owner - Tenant arranges their own preferred cable/telecom/internet/Wi-Fi paid directly by tenant - Lease up front cost requires $2,000 security deposit plus first $2,100 monthly payment ($4,100 includes electric & water). Callers need to leave message with way to reach prospective tenant or email. Process may take up to 30 days to complete lease with Board approvals - Tenant has a good sense that it will be approved. Short Lease Option: 8 months at $24,000 includes Electric. Any desired "Telecom, phone/Cell, cable, internet & Wi-Fi " is paid by Tenant. Payments are $12,000 + $2,000 security so $14,000 amount at lease signing (US$) and $12,000) - based on lease signing about 60 days later depending on start date. Start date might be earlier if all is completed. New hurricane front door installed in summer 2023 and entrance refreshed. Jasmine Building & railings were painted in November 2024. Looks terrific! Minimum lease period for this community/Jasmine is 3 months, one per year. Owner prefers annual lease or considers 4 months at $5,500 each month. Electric, water, waste, garbage are paid by Owner in the monthly price - Owner also pays utilities directly for annual lease. TENANT pays their own cable/internet & personal cell. Any local or state taxes are paid by tenant albeit none for annual arrangements. Tenant pays Application fee ($150) to Property Management check payable to Jasmine Club to arrange/establish account and process lease which can take up to 45 days to complete and allow move in. Short (8 month) Lease is $24,000 includes electric with half $12,000+$2,000= $14,000 at lease signing and half TBD in 2025/26 - to be determined upon lease signing. Standard annual lease arrangement with first month rent ($2,100) and $2,000 security deposit upon signing. Process may take up to 45 days to complete lease and Board approvals. 4-month lease has rent payment at lease signing $22,000 with Electric paid by Owner - Short term (4 month) requires Security Deposit of $2,000 paid to Owner at lease signing. Tenant Insurance policy is required and paid by Tenant & you can normally extend insurance from your primary residence.
