This house was great for winter months for me, when I was teacing in Forks. Now, with gas prices, I can see it saving time and MONEY for commuters during the school year. It is being sold fully furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, bedding, towels, TV, and the works! It is turn key ready for VRBO guests. It is a great investment, I made $30,000 a year without too much effort and still keeping it affordable for families to vacation in our little paradise. My VRBO guests rave about how convenient it is to all of our attractions/national parks on the Olympic Peninsula and creature comforts in Forks. I have consistently received 5 star reviews and repeat guests. I will miss this cute little home away from home.
