Playground down the street; friendly neighborhood and located in a dead end. Smoke free home. No utilities included. NO fees to rent (I'm not a realtor or broker). MOVE IN DETAILS: We are moving quickly and hoping to make a decision immediately for move in date of October 1st at the earliest. Looking for a nice quiet family with a with good previous landlord references and rental history; credit does not need to be strong. The strongest candidate will have completed an application and attached a copy of their credit report for faster consideration. If you are not subsidized (section 8) you will need to provide proof of income and ability to pay the rent.
