So, it is a low traffic neighborhood with a friendly community. -The property backs up to the King's Grant walking trail, so there are no neighbors to the rear. -Target and restaurants are a couple miles away. (But if you aren't from Columbia what you need to know is traffic is way better on the south east side of town and with this neighborhood a couple blocks from the interstate you can zip anywhere). -The Brennan, Crayton, Flora school district is excellent. -Ft. Jackson 1 exit away House: -9ft Ceilings (or higher downstairs) -Open floor plan -Privacy fenced back yard -New HVAC units -Master is downstairs and separate from the other bedrooms. (good for privacy) -Large master soaking tub with separate shower -Vaulted master bedroom ceiling with fan -Large walk-in closet with his and hers sinks -One upstairs bedroom has hardwood, the other two are carpet. -Has a formal dining room and eat-in kitchen. (or turn the dining room into an office) -Large room over garage can be a bedroom (has a closet) or flex room.
