The home is located a the end of the street in circle. It is a very nice home with a yard for kids to play. It is a 3bedroom 1 bath with washer/dryer hookups and has a side covered deck. It rents for $950.00 per month & $950 Security deposit. The first month's rent and security deposit is due at signing the lease. We do allow pets and no more than 2. There is a $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee due at signing of the lease and it will at $50 more per pet for a Monthly Pet Fee. All pets must be spayed or neutered and have a vaccination record available. The lease is a 12-month lease if is broken anytime no matter reason, within 1st year, then you will forfeit your security deposit and be charged separately for any damages. Utilities and yard maintenance is not included in monthly rent. We do a recertification every year.
