The room is on the second floor of a 3 stories building. It's in an Inn. It has a balcony with a great view. The room has a king size bed with a full tub/shower and double sinks. Please know the unit does not have a kitchen. For the convenience, the room is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, a small fridge, and a humidifier. It also has a table and 2 chairs. The Inn has a convention center, a restaurant, a game room, family room, barber shop, laundry room, and US post office. A screen door was installed to help cooling off on hot summer days, no AC. There is a one time $150 resort fee (first month) and $120 cleaning fee for the Inn and housekeeper. Security deposit will be refunded after checking out if everything is good as move in condition. The Inn is on the LIFT bus route with limited bus schedule. With one way travel time about 45 minutes to Winter Park. No smoking. Cable TV, utility, internet, and parking are free.
