The room is on the second floor of a 3 stories building. It's in a resort/Inn. It has a balcony with a great view. The room has a king size bed with a full tub/shower and double sinks. For the convenience, the room is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and a small fridge. It also has a table and 2 chairs. The Inn also has a convention center, a restaurant, a game room, family room, barber shop, laundry room, US post office, and a bar/dance club. A screen door was installed to help cooling off on hot summer days, no AC. The unit has a hallway closet with a top shelve to hang clothes and store items. A humidifier, a fan can be used for hot and cold months. All utility is included, electricity/cable/internet/water. Sorry, no cooking stove in this room. Utility (water, electricity) and internet are included in the leasing fee. Trash dumpster is in the parking lot. The parking is free. For the 1st month, additional $150 fee is required for resort fee. Also, one time charge of $120 cleaning fee.
