OPEN HOUSE HOURS: The current tenant will have a yard sale, selling everything on Friday, August 17 from 1pm-7pm and on Saturday, August 18 from 7am-?. The Landlord will be available during the yard sale hours. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Petersburg with a large yard, a nice covered porch at the back of the carport and off street parking. The property is close to the East Petersburg pool and access to bike paths that will allow you to safely walk to the East Petersburg park and the center of town. There is no air conditioning, but the tenant may purchase and install an air conditioner in the windows over the summer. Sewer, Trash, Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer included with rent.
