Hey there! I am renting out my townhouse which will be available August 15th. It is 1,285 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached garage, and a balcony. The layout is: 1st floor- Entryway, concrete mudroom with storage, and large attached garage (355 sq ft). 2nd floor- Hardwood Kitchen/Living room, balcony, and a half bathroom. 3rd floor- 2 bedrooms carpeted each with a bathroom (1 with tub) plus a washer/dryer. There are 3 flat screen TV's mounted in the Living Room, and each bedroom. They are slightly dated (pre-smart TV era) as technology moves fast, but all of them are functional and provided with no additional charge, if you wish. The entrance to the place is secluded off of Knott St near 7th Ave. It is an awesome area to live, close to public transit of all variety, central to most of Portland, and close to the freeway entrance. It is dog friendly and Irving Park is right up the street, which has an amazing dog park. It's right on the border between historic Irvington neighborhood, so you get to be nestled up to a very nice neighborhood, yet still feel like you are living in the city. Within walking distance are popular shopping/dining areas like N. Williams, Mississipi Ave, or the Lloyd/Moda center. I lived here for several years and currently reside up the street on 7th Ave. It is an awesome townhouse that is probably best suited for two professionals, a couple and a roommate, or a family. I am not in mode of desperation to get the place rented out so finding a reliable tenant is going to be the priority, please don't bother inquiring if you have poor communication skills or are interested in haggling. I am a very understanding and flexible landlord, but that being said, I am not just going to rent the place out to anyone. Please expect to fill out an application and have a background check done before signing a lease. The lease term is negotiable, but preferably a minimum of 1 yr. There will be a first+last months deposit and a pet deposit if you wish to have a dog (for the carpeted areas).
