The whole place was renovated before I bought it so you'll have a full kitchen with top of the line Samsung appliances and access to the shed in the fully fenced-in backyard for storage plus a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. The bathroom is really nice and I keep it sparkling clean at all times. There's also a half bath downstairs. If you need the half bedroom for an office or more room we can discuss that too. Only criteria I have is absolutely no cats (I am allergic) and you can't be a slob.
