For those that do not have the ability to print, we have a RED folder on the ground next to our front office door with applications inside of it, please feel free to take one. All information can be put into the door slot at the front of the office. We will then let the papers/envelope sit for a full 48 hours before opening.
$20 cash application fee per person ages 18 and older.
Pets at the owners discretion, photos are required. Possible pet-fee will be required.
When you turn in your information, we have a $20 application fee per person 18 or older (cash or money order made out to Marla Parsons). When turning in your application, we will need a copy of your ID, social security card, and also one month's proof of income (ex. Paid weekly-4 paystubs, bi-weekly- two pay stubs). If you would like to e-mail pictures of those items here, I would be happy to print them out for you. The applications then take 3-5 business days to process, they could be processed quicker than that, but it all depends on how quickly references get back to us.
Applications may be turned into our office located at 4686 Snow Hill Rd. Salisbury, MD 21804. Typically GPS will direct you to a stone road, PLEASE do not drive down it, it is personal property. We are just before the stone road (coming from Salisbury), a long blacktop drive with a sign reading "The Parsons Group" beside it near the road. We are open Monday-Friday 9:30a-4:00p via phone.
