Newly renovated top floor apartment with a deck and a private fenced yard in Wenatchee's historical neighborhood. We are 5 blocks from downtown avenue where there are restaurants, bars, and shops. A 15 minute bike ride away from the base of Saddle Rock trails. The bus line to Leavenworth is 5 minutes walking distance. Onsite laundry. No smoking in apartment. If you have pets we request a $300 nonrefundable deposit due to extra cleaning and maintenance. We have off street parking in alley but also there is usually always parking in the front of the house. We will have a shared laundry room so a reasonable washing schedule will be implemented to suit everyone's needs. Please no burning of candles or incense in the house. Garbage and recycling is to be taken out weekly and be placed in the correct disposal bins.
