This is a charming Victorian home in a very nice neighborhood. Its features include leaded glass windows and a huge, old-fashioned tub. The interior is freshly painted. The cheery, yellow kitchen was remodeled in 2012. Unlike most older homes in the area, it has a bathroom on each floor. The backyard is partially fenced and quite private. The deck is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink on a summer evening. The house is well insulated, so heating costs are reasonable. The carport parking is great for one vehicle. With two cars, one would be parked in the carport, the other behind it in the driveway. Long-term street parking isn't recommended, because Lake Avenue is narrow. Overnight street parking is not permitted in winter. We prefer a year-long lease, but terms are negotiable. The tenant is responsible for snow removal and lawn care. Utilities, including electricity, gas, and water and sewer, are not included.
