The bathroom is off the living room down a public hall with a tub/shower combo, oversized granite vanity and extra storage. The kitchen has full-size appliances, granite tops and all the dishes, cookware and utensils are provided. There is a shared laundry on premises two doors down near the open fire pit. Rent Includes: High-speed internet, Lawn care, TV services-Disney+, ESPN+ and HULU. Lease does not include utilities; tenant will reimburse owner for utility usage based on occupancy. A $350 refundable security deposit due at the time of lease signing. Rent Requirements: Minimum credit score 650 and no history of prior evictions or bankruptcies.
