It has nice views of Downtown LA, and is walking distance to Cafecito Organico coffee shop, Target, Maury's bagels and many other great places. It has a nice, back patio area and many fruit trees on the property (orange, lemon, apple, avocado). It's very quiet and is located off the street, so it has a lot of privacy. Renter pays all utilities. (Previous renters were a couple, and their utility bill averaged around 160 dollars a month for trash, electricity, gas and water)
