This house is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. Eastdale Mall and Walmart Supercenter are only a few minutes away. Faulkner University is a 7-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, or pipes in or around the home will incur a $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
