This is a basement for rent. This basement has 1.5 rooms, 1 being a bedroom and the other "half" being a bedroom/living room. There is also 1 bathroom (includes a bidet). There is also a kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, a big backyard, and very kind, helpful landlords :) There are many schools, malls, food places, parks nearby making it an ideal location for everything you and/or your family needs. The backyard in the back is very big so you can chill there and have a nice outdoor workout. We offer a 6-month lease as well as a 12-month lease. We'd prefer renters go with the 12 month lease. There is a $1,000 security deposit. No pets are allowed. Our basement is ideal for a group of 2 adults, but 3 also works. The washer/dryer you should pick a day out of the week to use, and that will be your designated day to use the machines. You are responsible for paying for any damages to the property.
