A perfect spot to launch from if you're here for an extended stay. I very commonly leave from my driveway on foot for a trail run or on bike for a road or mtn cycle. Exactly 10.0 mi. to downtown Boulder / 5.8 mi. to north Boulder. Located on scenic Lefthand Canyon. Hike directly from backyard or listen to sounds of the river from front porch! Enjoy the outdoor shower if you visit in the summertime Lease duration may be flexible if needed. Both shorter-term and longer-term rentals are options. Please inquire :) Please note: THIS IS A FURNISHED HOME. I rent only to responsible adults who keep their living spaces clean and will treat my house as if it is your own. There are 3 bedrooms in the house: two of them have queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. Additionally, the large couch and sleeper sofa can be used to sleep another person temporarily if needed. There is one full bathroom and it is in the middle of the house. There is additionally a lovely outdoor shower that can be used in the blissful summertime months. Guests have access to the entire house. The house has all the standard items including wifi, but no television. It has other amenities however, including a wood burning stove. Please note: there is NO telephone landline (nor television) in the house, but WiFi calling/texting/internet works great and the internet is fast. The house does not have A/C. At nearly 7,000 ft elevation, you will probably not ever need it.... Demonstration of monthly income required of all applicants. Must provide two professional references. Inquiries can be sent to Erin. Owner pays for nearly everything (except for trash and recycling). This includes: internet, electrical, natural gas, septic, water. If you need anything in addition to these items, you are welcome to add your own services. PLEASE NOTE: if you go thru most of the propane tank in the first month of rental because you desire a house that is 80 degrees (i otherwise keep thermostat at 68 during the daytime, and cooler at night), please expect to take over this bill. Otherwise, home heat is included in your monthly payment!!
