Ample street parking in front of house with private 1-car garage (it's long enough to fit 2, 'single file' format but one is most practical) that also has space for workshop or storage. Built in 2009, it's still very new with no maintenance issues. Since it's a townhouse, there is no real yard, which means no yard work! The HOA takes care of that. It has 3 levels, with the master suite on the top story. Huge master bedroom and bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi tub. Second floor has 2 good size bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom between them. That bathroom has 2 sinks and shower with stone tile floor. Nice neighborhood (and neighbors!) on quiet street with no traffic other than that of its residents. I will be buying the townhouse & moving right next door; the sellers of that place have some flexibility in their move-out date, so I need to also be flexible with the move-in date of this rental. Also, pictures are to show you what furniture looks like in the house, although this rental will be unfurnished. Owner pays monthly HOA fees. Tenant pays all utilities (average of $220/month). Looking for minimum one year rental, but open to 2-year contract or longer with no annual rent increase for first 3 years. Start date of NOV 26 is somewhat flexible, especially for the right tenant.
