The apartment is not only spacious (~1800 square ft.) but also has two balconies and is in a great spot in Shaw, located right next to a number of fun bars and restaurants. Near Giant, Shaw Library, Compass, Shaw / Howard metro line, and Florida Avenue There are two other residents in the apartment as well as our dog Finn. He is a really relaxed beagle who mostly enjoys naps on the couch or Sundays at dacha beer garden, and he doesn't bark. Laundry and dryer are both in-unit and the room has its own full bathroom, in addition to three separate closets. Plenty of sunlight and great view. Building management are really relaxed and have been super supportive for troubleshooting any small issues that come up. There is also a great rooftop to hosts friends for holidays or drinks on the weekends. Can't sing my praises enough about this place.
