You will be living with a professional 64 year old women who has had her own Skin Care and Nutrition business in Manhattan Beach for 39 years. I am not a drinker but occasionally participate. I stay fit by ocean swimming with my friends in the building, trips to the gym, and beach activities. I also eat very healthfully. I have 2 - 8 year old cats that are brother and sister that love each other and are very friendly when they get to know you. Everything with them is kept clean and cared for. My bedroom and my desk are private. There is no smoking or parties. Consider this place your sanctuary. Utilities, wifi, cable, TV are included. The kitchen is the heart of the home so it is kept clean. There is a stackable washer and dryer on premises. A credit check is required for $72, if we decide to move forward. I have loved living here for 24 years and have many friends in the building. It really is a great community. And it feels like you're on vacation everyday. I make sure that I am respectful, communicable and kind. My last roommate was a man that lived with me for 7 years. His home is in Hawaii but his business was here so he traveled back and forth.
