I stay fit by ocean swimming with my friends in the building, trips to the gym, and beach activities. I also eat very healthfully. I have 2 - 8 year old cats that are brother and sister that love each other and are very friendly when they get to know you. Everything with them is kept clean and cared for. My bedroom and my desk are private. There is no smoking or parties. Consider this place your sanctuary. Utilities, wifi, cable, TV are included.
