I have corrected the number of bedrooms and the square footage. I do not know the actual square footage or where you got the (smaller) number you were using before. The number I used (3703) is what has been shown on tax and public records since I purchased and has not changed. These published sources are used by your site for the other homes in my subdivision, so not sure why you havent used it for mine. These Fulton County public sources do use the lot size you are currently using, so I have not changed it. (See citi-data.com and other published sources and tax records).
