Remodeled master bathroom and walk in closet by removing existing shower and bathtub and replacing with walk in shower 3'-0" x 8'-4" with double door frameless glass enclosure. This shower has his and hers fixed shower heads as well as hand held made by Moen, brass nickel, 90 degree design. All existing wall and floor bathroom tile was replaced with porcelain ceramic tile. Existing counters and sinks were removed and replaced with quartz counters and porcelain sinks. Faucet hardware was replaced with single lever brass nickel. Bathroom cabinets were also upgraded. Commode was also replaced with Gerber Avalanche. Other replacements in the last 3 years has been a new 15 seer Carrier central air conditioner for cooling and heating. Also LG washer and dryer.
