The bathroom off the main hallway offers a shower with a seat, plus a washer and dryer. A second bathroom is located off the rear bedroom and offers a shower/tub combination. The living room offers a pull-out queen sofa bed and toddler blow-up bed in the closet. It also has a TV and DVD player. There is no cable access, but tenants can hook up their gaming systems, rent movies to play on the DVD player, or use their own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies on the TV. They can also log into their Pandora accounts using the DVD player. The property is located about 5 minutes off I-26 in a beautiful rural area but is on a main road that is state maintained (so is cleared quickly in inclement winter weather). In addition to being close to Weaverville and Asheville, it is close to Marshall, Mars Hill, Wolf Laurel, and Hot Springs. Rent includes furnished rooms and kitchen (dishes/pots/pans/etc.), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer/dryer, grill, and parking. Water, garbage/recycling, WiFi connection, and gas are also included. Tenant pays electric.
