The kitchen is fully stocked, and the laundry room has new appliances. No smoking inside of the property AT ALL! If you have a small dog, you must clean up after it and it is not allowed to wander through the common spaces. You may use address for mail, but not official mail. However, we recommend you getting a UPS box. Lease terms are non existent. We do not have a lease. It is really a short term rental, but if you need to stay longer, it is a case by case basis.
