Water, Sewer, Trash & Recycling are all included. $1,250 per month + Electric ONLY Tenant pays for cooking, hot water & heat. $1,250 - First Month Rent $1,250 - Last Month's Rent $1,250 - Security Deposit $3,750 - total needed to move in First Month Rent applies towards March rent. Last Month Rent applies towards your last month in the apartment, before you move out. (you DO NOT pay rent your last month, already collected upfront). Deposit returned after move-out inspection. PREFER NO Pets (but negotiable) & No smoking inside apartment. (if you smoke, please do so outside) Plenty of street parking available. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept section 8 housing vouchers at this time. (But do accept other rental assistance programs. BCAP / Human relations / Berks county Coalition, Salvation Army, etc) PLEASE NOTE: Our application fee is $20 & you MUST be 18+ years or older. This application fee includes a thorough background check and will include a criminal history, credit, and evictions/bankruptcy report. Income verification/Proof of 2 months income required. (either: W-2 form, work pay stubs, SSI, welfare, disability, etc) We will be checking job references and pay stubs. If you currently have no job then we will need to see monthly income of some form.
