There is a single car garage and plenty of free street parking. One pet is allowed, either a cat or a small dog. The yard is not fenced. Carpet is only a few years old. The house is a strictly non-smoking property. Please do not book a tour automatically without communicating with me first-- I have this listed on other platforms and I do not want conflicting tours scheduled. Owner pays for yard service. All other utilities/services are paid by renter. There will be an application with a non-refundable fee of $40 Per adult. All adults living in the house must be on the application. The application will do a soft credit check, background check, income verification and rental history. There will be a $250 pet fee. Only 1 pet allowed. The home is a strictly non-smoking property. I do not require renter's insurance, but I highly suggest it. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter's property should there be a major problem in the home, like burst pipes. Renter is responsible for maintenance and repairs needed due to their negligence or accidents, otherwise Owner will arrange and pay for maintenance due to normal wear and tear.
