We all take COVID-19 really seriously, and are looking for new roommates who will do the same. We keep everything clean and disinfected, and limit having people over. We're lucky to have a great front porch and spacious front yard area where we can have socially distanced hangs with friends! Utilities: We pay for gas and electricity, which usually comes to about $30-40 each per month. Internet is about $13 per month.
