Seller will do no repairs or offer any warranties of any kind other that good title at closing. Opening bid is $500. There will be no negotiating after bidding is closed. Buyer accepts the property as it sits. Property taxes will be prorated at closing, Seller will pay any/all property taxes due up to day of closing. Closing will be in 30 days or less after the Auction. Real Estate is being sold with a 10% Buyer Premium OR $3,500 Buyer Premium, whichever is greater. We will collect non refundable Earnest Money in the amount of 10% of the contract price OR $3,500.00 whichever is greater after the close of the Auction. We will present a sale contract to be signed by the Buyer after the close of the Auction. Both will need to be completed/paid within 24 hours after Auction is closed. Buyer will pay all closing costs involved in this transaction, closing to occur at Security 1st. All potential buyers/bidders need to get questions asked before placing a bid online.
