1901 Brick and Cedar Shingle House currently being renovated, probably 30 percent completed, but that means all of the not fun work. New copper and cast iron plumbing and new HVAC 2 sytems with zoning. Two new structural beams that allowed me to reconfigured the house so it has an fully open kitchen and family room, and a first floor laundry. I have made mafor repairs to exterior slate roof and put on new 20 ounce copper gutters, and will be replacing the front slate roof. I took down a wall between two bedrooms upstairs and I am creating second floor master suite: masterbath and closet room and bedroom.I have decided the house is too big for me, and do no plan to live there. So I will keep working on my renovations, but if someone wants to buy it now, that would be great. I am happy to share all my records of expenses to date.
