Beaulieu is a horse farm nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located just 25 minutes outside Charlottesville, Virginia, this estate offers a main house, cottage, barn apartment, three barns and a silo. Beaulieu also boards in its pastures polo ponies, hunter jumpers and other retired horses grazing in the fields. We have eight bedrooms across the following three venues: (1) ~5,000 sq. ft. main house (4 bedrooms, 4 baths, three living rooms, two dining rooms, muck room, office, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar and laundry room); (2) apartment connected to polo barn which is a minute walk from house (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, office and laundry); (3) cottage a mile up the road from the house on connecting land which has two bedrooms, living room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
