Move in payment w/ 620 and above credit score: First month's rent and deposit (1 month's rent). Move in payment with under 620 could be 1-2 months rent. This just depends on if you have any outstanding debts, repossessions, filed for bankruptcy within the last 3 years. Property management doesn't accept Section 8. Renter pays utilities.
