Rent Payment:
Amount: The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a monthly rent of $3,800, due on the 1 of each month.
Method of Payment: Rent payments shall be made via check, bank transfer, Zelle, Paypal, other payment portal.
Late Fees: If the rent is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $190 will be charged. Additional late fees of $10 per day will apply until the rent is paid in full.
Returned Checks: A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
Partial Payments: The Landlord reserves the right to refuse partial rent payments.
