The Security Deposit will be refunded. - Cancellations within 60-30 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the Total Amount Due or 50% of the equivalent to 1 monthly rent payment, whichever is less. The Security Deposit will be refunded. - Cancellations within 29-0 days prior to the Arrival Date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the Total Amount Due or the equivalent of 1 monthly rent payment, whichever is less. The Security Deposit will be refunded. Partial cancellations for multi-month reservations are at the discretion of the owner. Refunds will be determined based on the advance notice provided for the month the guest wishes to cancel and will be subject to the terms outlined in a new agreement.
