Comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could possibly need. When you're not out exploring this amazingly beautiful area of the Central Coast and all it has to offer, we hope you can relax and unwind here. We have gone to extra effort to ensure your comfort and entertainment inside and out. From the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully landscaped yard with patio table and Traeger bbq. We live next door with a fence separating the two homes on almost 3 acres. We will maintain the landscaping and home repairs as needed. Enjoy country living within 6 miles from town. 1-6 month lease with option for longer stay. Lease includes water, propane, garbage, internet and electricity (up to $200, renter responsible for over this amount). Landscape and repairs are provided by owner. No Smoking or vaping Pets are considered upon size, obedience and duration of being left alone. 30 day notice of cancellation required. Application must be received before a tour is scheduled.
