Ceiling fan, air movement to stay comfortable. Automatic propane generator (only 3 years old) kicks in the case of a power failure and it runs weekly tests to make sure it will come on when needed. This was also professionally installed and is on an annual service contract so it is tested every year. We've only lived here 6 years and in that time: We purchased and paid for installation of the new propane dryer. We purchased and installed a new refrigerator/freezer. Quiet small road (Whites Point Road) abuts our property and it has very slow moving traffic - great for a walk and you don't have fast cars going by. Sebago Lake basin and Sebago Jordan's Bay viewable through the trees this time of year when the leaves are gone. We have deer in our yard most nights, you can hear loons on the lake in the summer. All utilities included: electricity, water, Heat and Air Conditioning. Apartment has its own leach field separate from the leach field for the house. Wifi Internet is included. Weekly trash removal is included. Snow removal - we contract with a professional snow plow company plus landlords remove snow with a snow blower and we shovel the porch to the apartment. We also do lawn mowing, raking, etc. No need to rent a PO Box since you have your own mailbox at the end of the driveway. The apartment is on the 2nd floor over our garage - separate building from the house for privacy but our house is right next door if there were any problems you needed addressed. The walls on both the apartment and the house are thick because it's log cabin style so you shouldn't hear us and we won't hear you. The landlords respect your privacy. Furniture included: Breakfast nook counter against the wall. Plus a small dining table and stools for additional meals. Porch you can sit out on - we provide a glass table and chairs for sitting out when it's warm out. Includes 2 end tables to go on both sides of your bed. The only furniture you'll need to supply is your bed, plus a couch, loveseat or chairs you prefer. There is a small TV stand or you may prefer to bring your own tv stand. Address is 622 Whites Bridge Road in Standish, so we are only: 2.5 miles from North Windham Shopping: (3 grocery stores, restaurants, 5 car parts stores, 3 hardware stores, car repair businesses, Reny's-Marshalls-lots of small shops, Smittys Movie Theater, Mercy Quick Care Clinic, etc.) Only 1.5 miles to St. Joseph's College - they have community and seniors exercise programs, plus a pool if you choose to purchase that from the college. Planet Fitness is nearby as well. Only 18 miles to Portland. Only 9.6 miles to the turnpike exit in Gray Cost is: $1,600/month (plus $1,600 security deposit) - with all utilities, on site laundry and internet included, this is a really great deal when you compare it to other properties. It's an annual lease with a month-to-month clause if you choose to get out of the lease. We don't want anyone to feel trapped into a lease.
