We are seeking a roommate, preferably a female, for a room in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Hawaii Kai area. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. Washer and dryer also located in the unit. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi for the complex as well. Short term or long term is accepted. Room is available immediately. Internet is included. Electric is split amongst the three roommates and is about $40-50 per month. Current roommates are both female in late 20s/early 30s. We are considerate of each other and looking for someone of that values a shared, comfortable living space.
