The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Our professional management team at SNS Management is available to assist you with anything you need. Our maintenance technicians are fully equipped and operate 24 hours a day to ensure that any after-hour emergencies are taken care of promptly. Village Square is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. There is a $60 application fee per person 18 years or older.
