We offer gated access to the beach, full size washer and dryers for each unit, heated pool, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, corn hole game, billiard room, vending machines, workout room, tennis courts, storage room, elevator or stair access to all 6 floors. Unit 202 is located on the 2nd floor with a full view of the gulf and white sandy beaches. Our unit sleeps six people accommodated with a one bedroom with two queen beds plus an on suite full bathroom. In the living room is a queen size fold out couch with a view of the beach. The other full bathroom is located in the hall across from the kitchen. The lanai has seating for four and also a chaise lounge. There is a propane grill on the lanai for those who prefer to grill. This unit comes fully furnished with linens, bedding, and utensils needed for the kitchen. As a bonus we offer use of fold out beach chairs, umbrellas and floats stored in our patio closet. Rental rate varies from the spring to the fall (average $1,200.00 week). Higher rates apply during Memorial weekend, July 4th & Labor day. Advance $200.00 refundable deposit required to reserve unit.
