The space Our spacious lodge comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features: Bedrooms: 4 cozy rooms with plush bedding for a restful night's sleep. Three bedrooms upstairs, and one master bedroom downstairs. Living Area: A welcoming space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, dining table, and plenty of room to relax with friends or family. A pull-out queen sofa allows flexibility with sleep arrangements as needed. Kitchen: Fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. Bathrooms: Two clean, full bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries. One upstairs, one downstairs. Game Room: Downstairs game room featuring a foosball table, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and plenty of board games to keep busy. Outdoor Space: A large deck with outdoor seating, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying the stars at night. Laundry Room: Washer and dryer, included. Iron and ironing board also available. Additional Comforts: A pack and play is stored in one of the upstairs bedroom closets. A full air mattress is stored in the hallway closet. Your unique code will be provided to you before you arrive and can be used throughout your stay. Other things to note Squeaky Floors: Due to the Lodge's rustic design, the wooden floors can be squeaky and may be audible to those downstairs, especially light sleepers. We have a white noise machine to help minimize disruption; however, please consider bringing ear plugs to ensure a comfortable stay. Fireplaces: Please refrain from using either fireplace during your stay. Winter Weather Advisory: Our home is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, so we expect a variable amount of snow in the winter months. We encourage guests to ensure their vehicles are equipped to handle light to moderate winter weather if visiting during this time. Extended Stays: We welcome mid-length to longer-term stays, including traveling medical professionals, relocating families, or others needing a home base. Please inquire directly for more information! 6 month to 1 year lease available. Renter responsible for monthly electric and portion of propane.
